Preparation of Welcome packs

Check-in / Check-out services

No matter if it is your tenant, a relative or just a friend, upon their arrival, your Property Manager will meet them at the apartment to make sure that everything is as its should be for the start of their holiday. Our professional and multilingual staff will be always at their disposal for a warm meet and greet, to make an introduction to the property and the area, and to make sure that they enjoy the property and holiday to the maximum. We can also provide a professional chauffeur service, meeting them at the airport terminal and driving them directly to their holiday home. Andalucian Dream Homes will take care of your guests just as you; the host and property owner would do so.

Our aim is to provide them with a high quality service, so that they will choose your property again for their next holiday.

Your Property Manager will check the property inventory with the tenant/guest and will collect any deposit or pending payment as per the landlord’s instruction. Two sets of keys will be given to your tenants, whilst for security reasons; Andalucian Dream Homes will always keep a spare set of keys.

On departure day, your Property Manager will meet again with your tenants to check the inventory list, and to refund the deposit, less any costs for damages or losses caused during the occupancy.

Collecting and lodging rental payments

Any rental fee collected on the landlord's behalf will be allocated to the landlord’s account, and will be visible to the landlord via his or her secure online access facility. This way, you can easily track the rental income of your property, whilst making sure that no tenant has checked-in without fulfilling their payment obligations.
