Trip Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Discovery Trips:

• Prices are subject to availablility.
• Prices are based on 2 people sharing a room. Additional passengers will incur extra charges.
• Andalucian Dream Homes will subsidise the package, and the client will pay a fixed price per person. Payment will be requested by a UK credit card when the booking is made. This includes return flights and taxes to Malaga from UK and Ireland airports and 3 nights' hotel accommodation. Breakfast is included. All other meals are excluded. Andalucian Dream Homes will liaise with the client about departure times and dates and gain his/her approval before booking. An Andalucian Dream Homes representative with a car will meet the client at Malaga airport and return him/her to the airport at the end of the stay. Andalucian Dream Homes is not responsible nor accepts liability for the actions of any supplier of travel, accommodation or entertainment services or the delivery of those services.
• Clients must provide full contact details to Andalucian Dream Homes and be genuinely interested in Spanish property to be eligible for a Discovery Trip. All decision makers must be present on each Discovery Trip booked. In the event of all key decision makers not participating on a Discovery Trip, Andalucian Dream Homes reserves the right to recoup all subsidies applied to the Discovery Trip.
• The Company kindly asks that you have the facility to pay a €6,000 reservation fee (usually paid by credit card) in the event that you view a property that you would like to reserve and have taken off the open market. This will ensure that the property cannot be sold to another interested party. The reservation fee is usually not refundable. This is standard procedure in Spain.
• The client must view a minimum of 6 properties with Andalucian Dream Homes.
• The Discovery Trip offer is subject to availability and available for a 3 night stay departing any day of the week. Longer stays require an additional supplement. Bank holidays and peak periods are subject to price increases.
• Cancellations or amendments after confirmation of bookings will be at the expense of the client. In the event of complete cancellation, clients will be responsible for the subsidy by Andalucian Dream Homes.
• We recommend that the client takes out adequate travel insurance.
• The Discovery Trip offer is only open to those aged 25 and over, home owners and UK or Ireland citizens.
• All flight and accommodation bookings are subject to the discretion of Andalucian Dream Homes.
• Client’s personal data is maintained according to the relevant Data Protection Acts in Spain (which meet EU guidelines on handling personal data).
• Andalucian Dream Homes reserves the right to amend this offer at anytime.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other ADH promotions or offers.
• We accept no liability for loss or damage to goods or persons during their stay
